- Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically. Failure to cancel before the billing date is solely the user's responsibility and does not grant refund rights.
- Strict No-Refund Guarantee: We provide explicit 14-day Free Access (Trial). By purchasing, you waive all rights to a refund under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All code, UI/UX designs, and operational concepts are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or at our sole discretion to protect system integrity.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be settled via binding internal mediation or arbitration in Indonesian jurisdiction. You waive the right to Class Action lawsuits.
